QC080000 is the technical standard number within the IEC. QC080000 is currently the only implementation standard for IECQ-HSPM system certification. This standard is written by IEC on the basis of the EIA/ECCB-954 standard, so it is one of the international standards of the IEC system. The second edition of the standard was promulgated in October 2005, and once promulgated, it became the implementation criteria of IECQ-HSPM. Enterprises must meet all the requirements of the QC 080000 standard and pass the audit of the IEC authorized monitoring agency (Supervising Inspectorates, SI) before they can pass the IECQ-HSPM system certification and obtain the certification certificate.
