CNCA and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development jointly issued Announcement No. 21 of 2010, which requires all certification bodies to implement quality management system certification for construction enterprises in China from November 1, 2010. "Quality Management System Requirements" (ISO9001:2008) and "Specification" (GB/T50430:2007) to carry out certification audit activities.


Recently, many new and old customers have inquired about our company's GB/T50430 standard training, consultation and certification. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:


1. For organizations that have already obtained the 2000 version of ISO9001 certificate, the training and study, document revision and operation implementation of GB/T50430 standard can be deployed in conjunction with the annual supervision and audit of the organization by the certification body.


2. For enterprises that have not been certified, the GB/T50430:2007 and ISO9001:2008 standards are directly adopted.


3. The GB/T50430 standard certification consulting service process is:


Status quo investigation: Investigate and understand the status quo of the customer's management system, and identify the customer's consulting service needs.


Standard training: The new version of standard training (1-2 days) is provided to the client's middle and senior management and technical backbones (including internal auditors).


Document formulation: guide and assist customers to formulate/revise quality management manuals, procedural documents and work instructions (including various management systems required by the GB/T50430 standard) and quality records, forms (manuals and procedural documents are revised by the consultants of Guangshun Company. Mainly, the work instruction is mainly based on customer management and technical personnel).


Document training: Instruct the client's management technical backbone to learn the finalized system documents.


System operation: Instruct each department/post of the customer to carry out various tasks in accordance with the requirements of the system documents (generally it takes 3-5 months).


Internal audit training: Provide two standard and audit knowledge training to the client's internal auditors (the training time is 2-3 days).


System internal audit: Participate in and guide customers to conduct 1-2 internal audits on the management system, and guide customers to improve and improve the management system.


Management Review: Participate in and guide the client's senior management, evaluate the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the organization's management system, and seek opportunities for continuous improvement.


Application for certification: Instruct customers to select qualified and appropriate certification bodies approved by CNCA according to industry characteristics and the organization's own requirements.


Certification audit: Instruct customers to do all the preparatory work before certification audit; guide customers to pass the on-site audit.


Follow-up services: within three years, before the certification body conducts the annual audit of the client, guide the client to prepare for the audit; at the end of each year or the beginning of the year, guide the client to summarize the annual operation work and management work, and guide the client to carry out the management review work; At the end of each year or the beginning of the year, guide customers to formulate annual business plans, determine business goals and management goals; conduct management technical training for customers' middle-level personnel; provide customers with other management, technical training, and consulting services.
