Introduction to GB/T 50430-2007 Standard Certification

In order to further improve the quality management level of construction enterprises, provide high-quality buildings for the society, and meet the professional needs of quality management in the field of construction, the National Certification and Accreditation Administration and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development have decided to certify the quality management system in the field of construction. The "Code for Quality Management of Engineering Construction and Construction Enterprises" (GB/T50430-2007) is applied in China. The certification basis standards for engineering construction enterprises to obtain certification certificates should be: GB/T19001-2008/ISO9001:2008 and GB/T50430-2007.

1. Since January 1, 2011, in the quality management system certification in the field of engineering construction and construction, in accordance with the "Quality Management System Requirements" (GB/T19001-2008) and GB/T50430-2007 "Quality Management Specification for Engineering Construction and Construction Enterprises" "Carry out certification activities.

2. Construction enterprises engaged in construction engineering activities shall implement all the requirements of the "Code for Quality Management of Engineering Construction Enterprises", and encourage the adoption of qualified third-party certification. The content of the certification shall include both "Quality Management System Requirements" and "GB/ According to the requirements of T50430-2007 "Code for Quality Management of Engineering Construction Enterprises", relevant departments will more accept the results.

3. From January 1, 2011, when implementing quality management system certification for construction enterprises in China, each certification body shall comply with the "Quality Management System Requirements" and "GB/T50430-2007 "Quality Management of Engineering Construction Enterprises" Standard" to carry out certification audit activities.

4. The China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment shall revise the accreditation requirements for the professional scope of construction in accordance with the requirements of GB/T50430-2007 "Code for the Quality Management of Engineering Construction Enterprises". The certification body in the professional scope of building construction shall conduct re-evaluation and confirmation, and those who meet the conditions will continue to be granted corresponding accreditation qualifications.

5. The certification body that has been re-assessed with the accreditation of the professional scope of building construction For enterprises that have obtained the quality management system certification according to the "Quality Management System Requirements" standard, when the certificate expires, the "GB/T50430-2007 "Engineering Construction "Construction Enterprise Quality Management Specification" requires that the conversion of the certification certificate be completed after the review; the certification certificate that has not been converted within the time limit is invalid, and the certification body shall deal with the invalid certificate accordingly.

6. For the certification activities carried out according to the standards of "Quality Management System Requirements" and GB/T50430-2007 "Code for Quality Management of Engineering Construction Enterprises", the certification basis standard marked on the certification certificate should be: GB/T19001-2008/ISO9001:2008 and GB/T50430-2007.

7. The certification activities implemented in accordance with ISO9001:2008 "Quality Management System Requirements" and GB/T50430-2007 "Code for Quality Management of Engineering Construction Enterprises" can still be compared with GB/T24001/ISO14001 Environmental Management System, GB/T28001/ The OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system is compounded to establish an integrated management system for quality, environment and occupational health and safety.
