1) The identification of environmental factors is not complete, mainly in the following situations:

b. Failure to identify in the order of the production process flow, and there is no order in identifying environmental factors, which is most likely to lead to omissions;

d. The life cycle of the product is not fully considered to identify, such as: the selection of materials in the process of product design, and the recycling and disposal of products after they are scrapped.

2) The evaluation of environmental factors is unreasonable, and there is a deviation in the determination of important environmental factors.

3) Environmental factors are not updated in time, such as:

a. The production process of the product has changed, but the environmental factors have not been re-identified and updated;

b. The material of the product has changed, and the environmental factors have not been re-identified and updated in time;

c. National and local laws and regulations and other requirements have changed, and environmental factors have not been re-identified and updated in time;

d. The factory was moved to a new location, and the environmental factors were not re-identified and updated in a timely manner.
