1. Environmental protection information during plant construction:
1) Construction project environmental impact report (form) - assessment report provided by a qualified assessment agency
2) Reply to the Environmental Impact Report - Reply from the Environmental Protection Bureau
3) "Three Simultaneous" acceptance of environmental protection of construction projects - acceptance by the Environmental Protection Bureau
4) Fire protection acceptance report - acceptance by the fire department
2. Identification, evaluation and update of environmental factors:
1) The identification of environmental factors is not complete, mainly in the following situations:
a. Failure to fully identify the scope of the production and operation process, for example: the production and operation scope includes sales, but the environmental factors in the sales process are not identified;
b. Failure to identify in the order of the production process flow, and there is no order in identifying environmental factors, which is most likely to lead to omissions;
c. Factors that have occurred in the past and are planned in the future are not taken into account, such as: the company plans to expand a new plant, and the environmental factors existing in the process of expanding the plant have not been identified;
d. The life cycle of the product is not fully considered to identify, such as: the selection of materials in the process of product design, and the recycling and disposal of products after they are scrapped.
2) The evaluation of environmental factors is unreasonable, and there is a deviation in the determination of important environmental factors.
3) Environmental factors are not updated in time, such as:
a. The production process of the product has changed, but the environmental factors have not been re-identified and updated;
b. The material of the product has changed, and the environmental factors have not been re-identified and updated in time;
c. National and local laws and regulations and other requirements have changed, and environmental factors have not been re-identified and updated in time;
d. The factory was moved to a new location, and the environmental factors were not re-identified and updated in a timely manner.
3. Control planning of important environmental factors:

a. Failure to fully identify the scope of the production and operation process, for example: the production and operation scope includes sales, but the environmental factors in the sales process are not identified;
