1. Certification audit conditions

1. The applicant should have established a documented environmental management system and it is operating well.

2. The applicant has no major environmental pollution accidents this year, and no serious discharge of pollutants beyond the standard.

2. The applicant shall submit the following materials one month before the scheduled certification audit date:

1. Introduction to the organization;

2. Application for certification;

3. Copies of documents proving legal status (such as business licenses);

4. Monitoring report and "Pollutant Discharge Standards to be Implemented by Organizations Applying for Certification";

5. Geographical map;

6. Schematic diagram of the area;

7. Schematic diagram of the main process flow and pollutant output;

8. "EIA" approval, "Three Simultaneous" acceptance report (table);

9. Environmental management manuals, procedural documents (should be accompanied by a list of important environmental factors, a list of laws and regulations, and goals, indicators and environmental management plans)

10. An overview of the environmental management system, including: system coverage, system operation time, operation effectiveness, internal audit and management review time, etc. (printed copy).
