Specific procedures for enterprises to pass ISO9000 quality system certification

  The specific quality system certification process is generally divided into five stages: certification application, acceptance of application, system audit, approval and registration and certification, supervision and management.

  Certification application: Before deciding whether to apply for certification, the enterprise can ask any certification body for the residence of the relevant system, including the certification rules, public documents, various regulations, and other relevant materials (these materials are provided free of charge). The enterprise applies to a system certification body that it chooses voluntarily, and submits the application documents according to the requirements of the certification body, including the enterprise quality manual, program documents and other system documents.

Accepting the application: After the certification body receives the official application from the applicant, it will review the applicant's application documents, including whether the filled-in content is complete and correct and whether the content of the quality manual generally covers the corresponding quality assurance model standards requirements, etc. After review, if it meets the prescribed application requirements, it decides to accept the application. The certification body will issue an "application acceptance letter" to the applicant, the two parties will sign a contract, and notify the applicant of the next work arrangement.

   System audit: The system certification body assigns several nationally registered auditors to carry out the audit work, including document review, preparation before on-site inspection, on-site assessment at the enterprise, and submission of audit report after the audit.

   Approval and registration and issuance of certificates: The certification body shall review according to the procedures, issue certificates, register and announce to the public after passing the procedures.

  Supervision and management: During the validity period of the certificate, the certification body shall conduct a supervision and audit of the enterprise at least once a year, and maintain, suspend and revoke/cancel the enterprise's quality system certification according to the operation of the enterprise's quality system and regulations.
