Salary level: The company must ensure that employees are paid a standard working week salary in accordance with basic statutory or industry standards.


Management Systems: Upper management must develop corporate policies for social responsibility and labor rights, ensure compliance with all relevant national standards and compliance with other applicable laws.

7 Focus


1. The legitimacy of the company: The guest can verify whether the company is legal and safe by checking the company's business license, tax registration certificate, fire escape map and other document data.


2. Child labor and underage labor: The guest absolutely prohibits the company from employing child labor under the age of 16, and can accept the employment of underage laborers over the age of 16 but under the age of 18, but must have the approval of the government department and take practical actions to ensure that underage workers are employed. Physical and mental health.


3. Discrimination: The client does not allow the company to discriminate in terms of gender, race, age, belief, etc. when hiring and promoting employees. The factory inspector will generally check the personnel files of all incumbents and the personnel files and labor contracts of the last 6 months.


4. Working hours: The company must ensure workers' rest time according to local laws and regulations, at least one day off per week, and no more than 60 hours of work per week.


5. Labor remuneration: For regular overtime and statutory holidays, employees shall be paid according to the rate prescribed by local laws, and the monthly salary shall not be lower than the local minimum wage. Customers generally check the employee attendance and salary payment records for the last 3 months or 12 months.


6. Disciplinary measures: The guests do not accept any fines, beatings and scoldings imposed by the company on employees, and do not accept forced labor by the company.


7. Health and safety: The company must provide a healthy and safe workplace and have necessary environmental protection measures and related licenses. Employees in special occupations must have corresponding operating certificates.


8. Anti-terrorism: There should be not only corresponding procedures for personnel exchanges and the circulation of goods, but also corresponding operation records. For the physical security of the company, the needle control management must keep records according to the requirements of the guests.
