1. Units that have not passed the quality management system certification shall not undertake the tasks of developing, producing and maintaining weapons and equipment.”

Article 7 of the "Regulations on the Administration of the Licensing of Scientific Research and Production of Weapons and Equipment": "The unit applying for the scientific research and production license of weapons and equipment shall meet the following conditions: (4) A qualified quality management system."

   3. Requirements for applying for certification

  1. Comply with the relevant qualification requirements of the state and the army regarding the legal person qualification and professional technical qualification of weapons and equipment manufacturing units;

  4. Certification process

  1) Certification consultation stage

  2) Certification audit stage
