1.1 Introduction of MATTEL

Mattel was registered under the adidas AG name on August 18, 1949. Adidas clothing and sneaker designs usually see 3 parallel strips, which can also be seen on its logo. The 3 strips are the characteristics of Adidas. Adidas ("Adidas") is composed of its founder Adolf Dassler's nickname (Adi) plus the first three letters of his surname (Dassler). Since 2000, ADIDAS has implemented the "Three Pillars Strategy" in electronic transactions in order to meet and adapt to the Internet era. Mattel audits First, global market integration with the world's leading Internet sports media company and its European subsidiary Sports.com, that is to say, extensive cooperation with these two companies in the field of electronic trading and through their Websites cbs.sportsline.com and sports.com promote the ADIDAS brand and its products. This globally beneficial cooperation has penetrated from the US and Europe to Asia. This cooperation will allow ADIDAS to benefit from the experience of its two partners in the field of electronic transactions, making it possible for the three companies to use each other's brands and providing great potential for ADIDAS products to be sold online. Second, joint electronic trading with some important retailers as a major complement to the above electronic trading strategy. Finally, market your products on your own website.
